Reversal of payment made of Rs 4000

I have made request to Airtel DTH services for a new connection by sending my mobile no. and got immediate response that some one will contact me before 11 AM. And got a cal from jitender singh landline no. 01204528900 for the connection at 9.30 am. He asked me how I am going to make payment on line or cash. If I want to make payment cash he will send his agent to collect the same. I told him to call me after half an hour and asked me to be online as he is sending email with details of payment site connection. At 10 got a call and I made the payment. Mr jitender’s email is also written below for reference.

I had made the payment as detailed below and not received ID so far. You

are requested to send me ID number and want to know whether made the payment

to the right person.
