Non installation of DTH

I had requested for a new connection of Airtel DTH on airtel site.

I had got a call from 911204087604 saying make payment in particular link

I had made a payment for the same for vriti

2300/-south value pack

I have not got the installation done till now and no response from ur ppl also.

I am worried of my money and delay in installing.

Your call centre are not aware of Internet DSA, As i called number of time to know details.

please tell me if this is fraud or there is any delay.
