Very Very Poor Fresh Pack Not Working

Hi this is thiru i bought one airtel hd box last wednesdy

still now the box not working

i called continously the person came two time he not attempt complaint properly

only airtel channel no 100 coming no other channels

i called service centre 36 times they repeatedly telling with in 42 min its working but still now its not working

my family they are in top level disappoint

actually i planned to install 35 box to my project

but now hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

very very worst irresponsible cheappppp service
