I am customer of Airtel's IPTV service in Bangalore. On the 10th of June, I had made a request with the customer care for an additional channel (-NeoPrime). Making such a simple request was itself, a very great ordeal - with me having to spend 1hour in trying to talk to right person. I have misdirected time and again, from one number to the other - it was more like a ping pong game where I get bounced from one number to the other, in this process I was also directed to call a customer care number in Delhi!!! After an hour of enduring, when I finally get through, I place this simple request and I am told by the representative that it would be activated in the next 24 hours. And after 24 hours, when I see that nothing has happened on this request and when I call the customer care to check on my request. I am rudely told that there is no request logged at all!!!
Is this "customer care"!!
I would want to complain and make my fellow customer aware of the abysmal levels of service provide by the carrier.
