Automatic Topup done by other person

I am facing problem from Airtel DTH Connection since when was got before 1 years.

My Connection ID # 3002829928. Every time automatic top-up done by other person. thenafter i have contacted to the Airtel help cantre but no one solve my problem. resently below program activated automatically.

27/12 NORMAL NRC Zee Talkies topups May-10 NRC 14.34

27/12 NORMAL NRC Cine Plus Mar-10 (Upfront NRC Rs. 44.12) NRC 44.12

26/12 NORMAL NRC Ten Cricket TOPUP Dec-10 NRC 33.09

Before many time this was happened and diducated amount re-paid to me. But this time not agree to repay whatever deducated amount automatically top-up.

kindly resolve my issue with best solution.
