Called many times but no response

I have taken new Airtel DTH Connection on 21-04-12, through sales excutive Mr Rohit and that time manager also talk to manager at that time, and after discussion i have paid amount and then confirm me that i will get connection with in 24hr but today after 5 days also no responses, i call many time to airtel customer care on talk to Mr Rohit, Mr Rao, Mr Avinash, Mr Jagdish, ms Priya, Ms Pratibha, they do not give proper responses, and they are disconnecting my call, so I am fedup calling.
