Very very poor service and not refunding the security money

Dear sir/mam

i got my 2 iptv connections (id-aooe6134, id-aoo661af) on my no. 0141-2759161in 23 june but from the very first day i have been facing problems in it.various times i have made a complaint to there costomer care but they r not responding properly.and during this period i also wasted my recharge of rs.600/- that they made in the beginning, then after a month i put an application for its disconnection but they didnt disconnected it.and after several complaints on phone they disconnected it on 2 oct.and told me that ur security money wud be refunded after 15 days of disconnection.the due date has been expired and till date they havent refunded my security money of rs.1500/-.

The connection had never been operational at all and these delaying tactics have harassed me a lot. I have called to them several times but they are nt responding at all.and during my last conversation they used abusive language also.so sir/mam kindly look into this matter very very seriously and please help me to get out of all this.the company is totally fraud.
