Dear sir/madam,

This is S.S. Gaikwad from vishrantwadi, pune -411015. this complaint against APCO marketing, pune. One of their marketing executive her name is Archana contact no.8275518439, she came with a new commercial plan of Reliance dish TV. she introduced me some offers & convinced us to take that plans - the scheme was DIWALI OFFER pay Rs.1500/- & get Reliance dish TV connection & 4 months free. And the commitment was after getting a full amount the installation will be done within a week. after that i made payment Rs.1500/- on the spot as per condition. This incidence happened on 22 oct & today's date is 4 nov. As per the commitment 7 days already overlapped, still the connection not yet installed. when i called that executive more than 100 times she is giving different reasons on every call & past 3 days she is not responding phone calls & her phone is switched off. This is not matter of Rs1500/- the matter is i am the not only may be there are tons of peoples who took such plans.. I request you to look into the matter and take serious action against such type of Marketing company's.
