CUSTOMER CHEATING

My name is "Sunita Jadhav". 13 to 15 days before a man named "JATIN JETHVA" came to my home. He introduced himself as big tv marketing employee. He demand a cheque of Rs, 1490/- for the big tv connection and said that the connection will installed within 5 to 7 days. He also asked that a confirmation call will come to your mobile from big tv customer care. I gave him a cheque of 1490/- of ICICI BANK.After two days the cheque has been cleared and the said amount deducted from my account. But till date (13-03) no confirmation call came from big tv and also no connection installed on my home.when i contact to the person "JATIN JETHVA" he replied that i can't do anything in this case.you will have to wait for the connection as this is the problem from big tv..when i demand for my money back "JATIN JETHVA" was replying that it is not possible "jo karna hai kar lo"

Please help me as now I want my money back
