Non-installation of Reliance Big TV

reliance big tv through Appco Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd on 29th May but till date it is not installed. Provided landline nos. on application form (022-32222545/32222448/32222542/42449961/42449969) are not working. During booking Agent was Mr. Rakesh Khandelwal Mob No. is 9860933340, he is not picking my calls & companies personal nos. are telling swiched off. In this matter I had given 1390/-rs x 2 dish Rs.2780/- in favour of (APPCO Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd) cheque of Suvarnayug sah. Bank on 29th, oct. Money deducted through my a/c within 3days to APPCO Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd Account at AXIS BANK, STATION ROAD, PUNE BRANCH. but till I didnt get Big Tv Connection. Is it any responsible person available for this company? if yes, solve all complaints within 5 days & apolize all custmers through phone.
