Sir,

We have lodged a complaint regarding the service to the Water Purifier last Thursday 6/9. On Friday he came & checked it & said that the purifier filter has damaged. He said that he will bring new one & install on Saturday. But he has not yet came till date. Customer care is not responding for our calls.
