CANCELLATION

WE HAD MULTIPLE PLAN ACCOUNT, WITH 2 NUMBERS (0422-4510186 AND 0422-4510185). Our Account number is : 13325993, I wane to cancel 1 number (0422-4510186) as we have very less usage. I have given a letter at Bharathi Airtel, Siddaputhur area, Coimbatore location on 12.04.2011 requesting for cancellation. I was told after passing on the cancellation details, the cancellation will be done in 7 days. Today I re-enquired them and there is a very poor response. I called 198 but there is no reply. I really dont know how do I process the cancellation. I have been using the services since past 4 years and the customer care is really very bad. Pls help me!!!
