Sir,
I've been following up with IRCTC helpline on this issue for last one week. I tried cancelling the subject PNR. There was an amendmend in my email id which was registered in the IRCTC website. But am not get the edit link in my ID. I've been requesting them to cancel the PNR. Even after providing all the identity details like DOB etc, am not getting a response from them. Refer appended chain of mails. Pl help in getting this sorted out. Thanx in advance for your support.

If don’t see a response from you by today, I’ll be forced to escalate to Central Railway Minister’s office with the names of the executives who handled this complaint. This is not the kind of service expected from the National Railway Customer Service team.

the PNR you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket online. Cancellation
of your e-Ticket is possible only on the website www.irctc.co.in
, and is NOT possible on PRS
Counters. Cancellation can be done till the time of chart preparation
for the train which is normally 4 to 6 hours before the scheduled
departure of the train from the train originating station.(For trains

Now users can check their refund status online by clicking 'Refund
status' link after logging in. If by any reason you are unable to
cancel your ticket on the website till the time of charting and also
