Stray dogs attacking

There are four stray dogs at indrangar 13th main, 2nd cross, that keep attacking every passing vehicle in the area. This is very troublesome especially while riding a bike. I was almost bit twice by two of these dogs when i was parking my bike. They dont even respond when u try to shoo them away. The strays are becoming a nuisance for every passerby as well as house owners in the area as they keep barking throughout the night.
