EXTREME HARASSMENT BY PET DOG

Dear Sir,

With regards it is to bring under your kind notice that I live in Vijayanagar (Bangalore). I work in a night shift&daily I reach home at 5.30am in the morning. What is my problem that exactly opposite of my house one pet dog is always left free on the road in morning. It always attacks & pounces on me. Several times I have told to those people but they don’t take care of my request. As I am 48yrs of age, more over I am having high blood pressure so when-ever this dog attacks on me my blood pressure goes very high. As I need to shout very loudly to save myself. I am very worried that one fine day I may get heart attack because of this nuisance. I humbly request you to pl.help me for this serious problem. I will be highly thank full to you.
