DOMESTIC DOGS
DOGS NEED HELP!!!

Dear sir,

The complain is about two dogs one labrador & another one pamalien at 57/15, OLD RAJINDER NAGAR MARKET, NEW DELHI. The dogs are always kept at the back of the house in an open place weather it is day or night. They are not even cared if there is a heavy rain or scorching sunlight. ALSO THERE IS NOT EVEN A SMALL COVERED PLACE OR SHADE FOR THEM.

I request you to take an immidiate action towards them. THEY NEED IMMIDIATE HELP!!! I also have a dog at my home and so I'm not at all able to see their pain. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP THEM...
