Hi,

I bought a 3.5 KG premium cat litter worth Rs. 830/- from KPS My Pet Shop, Chembur. When I took it home I could see from the transparent plastic cover that it has insects inside it. I stay at Wadala and it's very far and not fair as well for me to take the heavy pack again back to their shop. Waste of time and money. I called and informed the KPS shop and asked them to come and collect the litter with the worms inside it and to replace it with the new one. They disagreed. I told them my house is very far from their place and it's not fair on their behalf to ask me to come and get it replaced. I want them to come to my house and get the cat litter replaced with a proper one or else I want strict action to be taken against them.
