Dog menace

I am a resident of tambe nagar, mulund and wanted to lodge a strong complaint against the local authorities. despite several written complaints submitted by us for the stray dogs in our area, no action has been taken till date. it seems the authorities have turned a blind eye against such complaints. i would want some one to help us out. these dogs pose a threat to people living in our area.
