Poor management of stray animals

Espected sir,

I am a resident of Jeewan Nagar, Ambala City. I want to draw your attention towards the pathetic conditions of our colony. There are dairies in our colony and both of them are a big source of nuisance. The owners of these dairies keep large amounts of cattle dung at the back of their houses which have become a breeding place for flies and other dangerous insects. Their cows keep roaming in the streets and litter them. These straying animals are also the cause of many accidents.

So i sincerely request you to look into the matter and solve our problems as soon as possible. I am sure that you will not delete this letter before reading and will take spontaneous action.
