Neighbour's dog disturbs peace barking whole day and night

Sir/mam,

I kindly want to bring in your knowledge that I am a resident of E-7b/597, sangam vihar, New delhi. My problem is with my neighbour's who let their pet dog out in the balcony the whole day and night and it barks on every passersby and chidren playing down in the road.

Our bedroom falls in front of their balcony jst 20ft. away. I have an eleven month old baby who can't sleep in the daytime as well as at night because of the noise. I requested them a hundred of times to keep the dog inside. But they on the other hand abused me, threatened me to beat. I called th police and they promised to move the dog from their house within three day in front of the cops. But they didnt take any such action. Infact they now tie the dog intentionally in front of my room during my baby's nap time. As they hv now taken this issue as a question of their ego. Please help me out. I m very much upset as beacause of the lack of sound sleep my baby is loosing her weight as well as appetite thus effecting her growth. I'll be very greatful to you.
