Dogs being treated badly

Hi, sir,

i have been noticing about this girl, name parul shahi- resides in 6/13 safdurjung enclave extension, new delhi.. this girl has many breed dogs at her place. she breed them and sell their Kids at much profit, .. she is keeping lot of dogs at her place, just to make profit. its a pity for DOgs to live at those situations.. BOxer, pugs, retriever, labra.. all in one small place living together.. shitting at same place, She does not even take the Dogs out for a walk.. i dont know what she give them to Eat, but all i know that i hear the barking whenever i pass the street by. she also medicate them to sleep. i would request you to please Visit her place once.. and make a check. the well manner breed dogs should not be treated that way..
