Nokia 3110C

I Bought new nokia 3110c on last year march.it was worked well only upto two or three months.there after it gives more troubles yes hanging, restart problem was found and i went to nokia care they gave only tempoary solution.but the same problem has been persists again and again. I can bring my mopile to the care centre at regular interval (i.e when there is the mobile under repair) but only this is upto my warrenty period after that i cannot pay the charge for the repair. so i request you to replace the mobile as early as possiple unless i may come through consumer court.please reply to ashokdr83@yahoo.com or ashok.av71@gmail.com with in a week
