Jewelry Articles stolen during the transit sent through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS

Dear Sir,

On Friday, Nov 19, I dispatched the parcel to Karad, Maharashtra, containing jewelry articles;few stones & silver KADA (Bracelet) worth Rs - through PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICES, Basaweshwar Nagar Branch.

When the parcel reached the Karad Professional Courier Office, it was partially open and all the jewelry articles were not present in the parcel. Karad Professional Courier officials are aware of it as the parcel was opened in the above mentioned office itself. When we contacted the Basaweshwar Nagar Professional Courier Office, the official person Mr Girish returned just Rs 500/- as the compensating amount for the stolen jewelries and was very rude in behavior.

Hence, I would request the respected officers to solve this matter at the earliest.
