Dead Cockroaches in the Face Pack

I am from Hyderabad. I bought Ayur herbal Shahi Ubtan Face Pack (Batch No. 1065-F, Mfg - 03/09). I am disgusted and shocked to find dead cockroaches in it. They are taking customers for a ride. Is there no system to check the quality of products being manufactured under their label.

I would suggest no one to buy their products.
