GOLD VOUCHER NOT GIVEN

MY MEMBERSHIP NO ITBC10434143 . That I ordered products worth Rs 15998 and Rs 2498 vide Invoice No ORA100028961 and ORA 100030277 dated 09-09 and products delivered very late however as committed over phone at the time of taking order to provide Jwellery voucher worth Rs 127000/- as per Gold Box offer scheme. But unfortunately I called to consumer services no 01140502424 in every two days gap but they replied and saying that within one week you will receive your voucher in your e.mail and I am hearing the same dialogue till today. Really it is very unfortunate that such a big company INDIA TODAY can also misguide and cheating people for their self intrest.
