Old Product Sent

I, Sushant Sarin, had bought a deal for two Swatch watches for Rs.3698 (Reference Booking ID # 1008868733, Order # 264793) from Bag It Today (India Today Group) but got a new watch and an OLD USED watch.

I received my courier yesterday from Blue dart for the two watches but to my utter shock and disbelief, I saw a new watch and a USED OLD watch with scratches all over. This was the least I expected from a brand as reputed as the India Today Group that these people have stooped as low as CHEATING the clients. I have been DISGUSTED to see the utter LACK of INTEGRITY, ETHICS and PROFESSIONALISM that when I called the Customer Care, the apathetic attitude of the company was APPALLING.Instead of apologizing for the fraud, the operator asked me to courier back the two watches, so that I lose the money that I have paid these THIEVES as well as the watches. He didn't even register a complaint on my behalf.

I have already logded a complaint on their website but am yet to receive a response. It has been the worst online shopping experience for me.
