I had booked order for one pc. Numero Uno Watch to Bag it Today (India Today Group) on 30th oct.2010 as per their terms and conditions that i will receive the product with in three weeks but till date i havent received the consignement details or product. The payment already been done through credit card

Twice i had sent the mails to customer care but they haven't replied it.
