BUYER BEWARE.. I ordered 23-26inches BULK hair and I received 19-23 inches! His response was "you lose 3 inches from the weft". When I told him it was bulk, he said with 23-26 inches I may receive hair that could be 19, 20, or 21 inches in bulk which makes no sense at all. Instead of helping or exchanging he lied. Everyone knows if you order BULK single drawn hair 23-26 inches that you should receive hairs in varying lengths between 23-26 with the longest hair stretching to 26 inches. However 23-26 inch hair on the weft should typically have a finished length of 23-24 inches. He lied thinking I was an uneducated buyer and has done nothing to resolve the issue so I have a lot of money gone to waste. There are other complaints on him as well about him as well as on the hair forums...
