Citizen Eco Drive
Unsatisfied with my First Citizen watch

Dear Sir,

I am an unhappy buyer of a citizen eco-drive watch. It is been 9 months since I bought a Citizen-Eco Drive Model no

0304- so3 7671 case no 8n 0433. Since last two months the watch is been running slow and sometime have been surprised at finding myself running 2 hrs late.

I personally ask myself if a cheaper Chinese watch makes more sense then then a Citizen as the main reason of a watch is to keep me running on time.

I had bought this watch from honkong and have given it for repairs at World Time oppsite shoppers stop S.V Road Andheri West Mumbai India Since it is under 1 year international guarantee I expected quick repair but I am told it would take 15 days for them to repair it.

I am disappointed is the least I can say. I am posting this after I have had no response from any one from Citizen and I find the brand responsibility negligible. As they say it Product may be defective Marketing should be effective.
