Not delevering of service

I have seen an advertisement of Comprehensive Health and Beauty Clinic (CHBC) in which they have promised to reduce 5kg and 10 inches in 10 hours in 2000.I have given 3000 and my friend has given 4000 but we haven't reduced an inch and its been three month. For last one month she is not delivering service also and doing false promises and now the situation is critical because she is not picking up the phone and not returning are money also.
