Couple Ring/Carbon Brand
Cheating in terms of Delivery and make of ring

Hi,

I have purchased a couple ring from carbon brand. I got my ring @ that time but my fiances ring was not availble with the size, so we have placed a order for the same and the delivery date we got was 24th of jan'10. The ring came with lot of differences in both of the ring. They have again asked me for another 4 days, on 28 it was supposed to be delivered but the ring was made pathetic and there no similarities in his/her ring. And they are not ready to give any compensation on this delay and the haresment that they have provided to us.
