Polo watch not delivered

I brought a Polo watch from Deals4All through a promotional campaign from HSBC, sing my HSBC credit card. My order number is 000136405 dated December 16.

Its more than one month now with no sign of the delivery. Calls to their customer care centre give vague response with no commitments.

Please look into this.
