Have not received promised pack

Hi,

Few months back (28th June - Bangalore) there was an ad in Times Of India by Dove asking to send an SMS to 56677 and they will deliver a free sample.. Accordingly i had sent an SMS for which 3rs was deducted and also got a call from them for address.. But till date no sample is received by me..

My complaint is not that i have lost 3rs but why should they campaign like this when they are not able to keep up their promise.. i had sent them a mail 2 months back and no reply to that as well..
