Dear,

I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICES GIVEN to YOUR CUSTOMER.

I MADE A CALL MANY TIMES TO KNOW THE STATUS FO MY CONSIGNMENT BUT I DID NOT GET ANY SATISFYING ANSWER FROM YOU EMPLOYERS .

Consignment (M75503511) was booked on 4 June from Mumbai but I have not received my consignment yet As i am living in Mumbai it is supposed and it should take 2-3 day from the book date as it is delivered in Mumbai itself. If the consignment take 23days or more than that then what’s the bloody hell use of courier booking???
