Remove the product after payement

I have purchased an Lakme Sunscream Loation which offered by ebay.in by an e-mail. which priced 29 in place of 70 which is original price of that. So i was purchased it but after making payment ebay removed the product & Says Sorry for that. But what is the Hell is that, My money is gone. That is the cheating with consumers . they said that the supplier was not compatible with ebay's Terms & Cond.
