Parts not synchronizable to connect

Hi,

I have ordered Exercise Cycle on Sunday (24-Oct) online and paid 5999rps. Received the product on Friday (29-Oct). We got the parts and we tried to fit the same. While fitting, we noticed that hole of the bottom wheel part of cycle is not synchronized. Only one part is synchronized. Other part is not and we are not able to fit. Please replace the product or fit the product as soon as possible.
