Defective item delivered and money is not refunded

I had ordered for product code 698-35 (jewellery set) but when i received it, it was defective and the pearls were all broken, now i have sent it back but i have not received my money as yet, its been more than 15 days now and i am highly upset with the response that i have received from your customer care team.

I have been a regular buyer from home shop 18 and i am forced to say that if i dont get back my money back within a week then i will be compelled to move the court for the same.
