Totally destroy my face

Sir, i want to inform you that i have taken a face treatment of acne and scares in june from innovative cure beauty centre located at ashokmarg, indra bhawan lucknow. They have charged me about 20000 Rs. The saloon owner claims herself as a cosmilogist with MD degree. But it is wrong. She is just a dipolma holder, they have untrained staff. They just destroy my face, now face is full fo scars. They don't did anything since September. when i asked for my money, they abused. Sir, please do some thing, so i can cure my problems and others in future don't face it.
