Fast track watch 4052
Not proper response and delivery

I have purchased fast track watch 4052 at time mart retail outlet at oppanakara st, coimbatore ph no 0422 2397655 due to some defect in chain on 29/11 i had gave that watch for service (it is in warranty) at time mart they told that we cant service at the show room level this can be service at company service station only it takes 20 days from today but till date 25/02 i have not get my watch. please take some necessary action. i have a good trust on u r brand name and service but i hve not expect this form u r side.
