Loosing trust from Titan Brand

Dear Team,

Its really Surprised that first time i have boughtup Titan Fast track watch on 31st OCt (two days back) from an branded Titan Showroom in faridabad. Now problem is that date got automatically change, time git automatically mismatch . i cant u/stand after 2 days i am facing this problem, how come i can trust for long run.

Can you please advise i dont want to go service centre for this new branded product.
