Non refund of mony

I have taken weight loss Product vide name Bio-captol, 25 days course vide inovice no.275827 dt 26.5.2010. I have taken medicine as per the instruction. After completing the course my weight could not reduce then talk on phone then compney given instruction to send the empty bottle and orignal invoice for refund of payment. I have sent empty bottle and orignal invoice by post to the compney on 28.7.2010. Futher I have talk to compney regarding receipt of empty bottle and orginal invoice, they confirm me that both things received by them and your mony will be refund in the first week on October. On date I have also talk on phone at about 03.18 PM and they told me your mony will be refund shortly. Thus France vita natura Pvt. ltd. did not returning mony as they have notify in the newspapers.
