Weight loss Refund not made

I had taken a 3 months weight loss medicine from Maa Santoshi Ayurveda (Faridabad) but my weight did not reduce in 3 months. The company has a money back policy if the weight does not reduce but in my case the co. said that we cannot give you money back as you had not taken the medicine properly. I had told that little bit of churan (medicine) is left with me. Kindly tell what to do now?
