DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Respected Sir,

I purchased a Jewellery set from Home Shop 18 (invoice no.10147 & Supplier reference- 704201176), which came through courier and was defective. I spoke to the Home Shop 18 Customer Care and explained the problem to them, but they did not solve my problem & suggested me a very cumbersome procedure which involves to send back the product to Hyderabad from where it will be replaced.

So, I request you to take strict action against them and kindly help me to get my product replaced.
