Gillete Mach3 Turbo
Pivot technology is not working

Sir my name is soum, I live in a small city called SRIGANGANAGAR in rajasthan, I have pruchased a Gillete mach 3 Turbo, 2 cartridges pack, worth Rs 225, from a shop, first time when i purchased it, some problems were with pivot technology of blade, it was not flexibally moving and therefore I went to the shop and asked for exchange it with same other Gillete pack, they exchanged me but again unfortunately the same problem is happening again, and now they r not changing me, what should i do now? this r very expensive, my money will waste, and I cant tolerate that, I m willing to give my money in return to get good products but how can i spend money in vain? offcourse Gillette is well known brand, but the shopkeeper is not changing my product, can i get any help from ur site? I would b very thankful to u if I get any help from u
