Fake co

This is tejasvi.i am member of goldsukh co.i paid Rs.6000/- to get the membership.at that time this co.was giving some gifts like holiday package, i-meant card, insurance policy etc etc. But the fact is i still didnt receive any gifts from when i joined.it is a fake co.i got only 1 cheque. And they told me that i'l receive cheques every after 45days.but i got only one. And members who are below my line even dey are asking me for the refund. I am not getting what to do.so please take my complain and strict action too. Thank you.
