GIVING FALSE ASSURANCE AND MONEY IS NOT REFUND

I Natwar halpani has taken weight loss product of worth Rs. 3700 in june. The company assure me that I will surely reduce my weight otherwise your money will refunded back but I didnot get any result so I send the product again on date 30th of june. Company assure me that I will get my money refund in jan. After that i have called in company then company told me that i will get my money within 30 days 2011 but still i didnot get my money.so again i called on in company on 19-3-20ll this time i talk with the company executie Mr. Sameer he had took my account numer an told me that i will get my money in 15 days but still i have not get my money.
