We have been clients to green trends beauty saloon branch for the past one and half years. their service has been good and service providers very friendly, and cordial. but recently there is a big mess up in fixing appointments with our hair stylist due to negligence in the part of your fos. that lady for sure has an attitude problem for she speaks with customers without even the basic courtesy. we wonder how a corporate establishment under cavin care could appoint a staff of this cadre and not worry about their reputation being tarnished. we have to mention an important issue here, we know from our association with green trends for such a long time that their staff undergo various training schedules before taking charge at their front desk, are your staff given liberty of addressing your customers by their names? my husband had the unfortunate experience of a fos addressing him by name. todays hair and beauty saloon industry is very competitive and accomodative so we feel we need not wait for a hairstylists' appointment for a week due to the negligence and irresponsibility of your staff nor there is any need to stomach such stupid behaviours of your staff.
