Few days back there was an offer at Snap Deal going on at Head Turners. The offer stated that there were some discounts on certain service from 29th February to 15th April. I and one of my colleague have availed the offer by paying Rs75/- instantly. The rest can be paid directly to the vendor as and when one avails the offer. After someday but before 15th April I called up Head Turners City Center to book the time. To my utter despair they told that they cant book the time as all were previously booked. While asking the reason for this they told all time were booked previously by others. I told them that the offer was valid up to 15th April, but they did not listen to me at all and instead told to charge Snap Deal for this. My colleague also faced the same harassment. I have only one question if they don't want to extend the offer why do they give false assurance to the customers. my opinion is that don't trust Head Turners City Centre 2 when they display their offers on Snap Deal or any other portals. These is a sheer nonsense.
