I had ordered a perfume whose order number is 145737-43117. i got an email from healthkart.com on 21st september that the product was shipped via speedpost on 21st september. i have called the call center some 7 times asking for tracking number but the customer service agents lamely respond that speed post is not trackable online! on 8th time they have me a tracking number - EH282890068IN. but, this is not the tracking number of the 'perfume' order as the tracking details show that it was shipped on 26th and not 21st.

i want the full refund of my order as healthkart.com does not seem to be at all reliable!
