False commitment from company

Dear sir,

I have purchased a ponds face wash frm the market and as i started to use it i came to know that it is not making the skin colour fair but instead of this it is making my face bleached. The result of this my hairs stared to grow on the lower part of my cheeks and chin.

That is why i am launching this complaint against the company that why they are making a fool of Customers.
